THE CONFUSED FLYER
One ordinary Tuesday, Martin stepped outside and suddenly began to rise into the air.
At first, he thought he was dreaming, but when he floated higher and higher, he realized he could actually fly.
Excited but confused, he tried to use his new power to do something heroic.
He attempted to rescue a cat from a roof,
but the cat scratched him. Then he tried directing traffic from above, but he
only made drivers more nervous. He even imagined becoming a famous superhero,
although he didn’t know how to pose for photos.
After several failures, he decided to practice in an empty park. Unfortunately, a drone recorded everything. Within minutes, thousands of people watched him crash into a tree. Since then, Martin has been known as “The Confused Flyer,” a hero… in his own special way.
